「回 -gururi-」は、東洋思想の原点である自然中心の考え方をもとに、循環のプロセスをデザインし、現代のライフスタイルにアップデートした日本酒です。
福島県浪江町産のお米と、浪江町産酵母を使用し、CO₂排出量の少ない米づくりや、お米を無駄なく使いきる仕組みにより、環境にも人にもやさしい酒造りを実現しています。
震災からの復興と、持続可能な未来づくりに挑む浪江町。その土地の恵みと想いを詰め込んだ「回 -gururi-」は、一杯の酒からはじまる小さな循環を通じて、まちの再生と新たな価値の創出に貢献していきます。

“GURURI” is a modern sake inspired by the oriental philosophy of respecting the universe — a “nature-centered” perspective and the beauty of circularity.
Crafted with rice from Namie Town in Fukushima and yeast from the region, GURURI is made through low-emission farming and a no-waste brewing process that honors every grain.
It’s designed to be delicious to the last drop, wherever life takes you — from gift-giving and celebrations to travel and outdoor moments.
Namie is a town rebuilding itself after the 2011 disaster, striving to become a model for sustainable innovation and regional renewal. GURURI is part of that journey. Each bottle supports local producers and tells a story of resilience, regeneration, and connection — a small but meaningful step in creating a brighter future.

循環型福島県浪江町産の日本酒として、地域や文化をつなぎ、未来に向けた米づくりを通じた日本酒を提案します。
As a sake produced in Fukushima in a cyclical manner, we propose to connect the region and its culture through rice cultivation for the future.
メタン排出を抑えた浪江町のローメタン米を原料に使用することで、よ り環境負荷の少ない酒づくりを目指します。
By using low-methane rice from Namie Town, which has reduced methane emissions, as a raw material, we aim to produce sake with less environmental impact.
パウチ容器は従来のガラス容器に比べ軽量でコンパクトであり、輸送時のCO2排出による環境負荷を削減します。
Pouch containers are lighter and more compact than convntional glass containers, reducing environmental impact from CO2 emissions during transportation.
常温保存を可能にすることで、輸送や保存における冷蔵設備などが不要となり、エネルギー効率の向上とCO2排出の削減につながります。
Allowing the product to be stored at room temperature means there's no need for refrigeration, which helps save energy and cut down on CO₂ emissions.

Namie, a small town in Fukushima, is quietly starting a new chapter.
